Welcome to Greenacres Top Deals! By participating in our auctions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Terms

 

1.1. All auctions hosted by Greenacres Top Deals are final. Once a bid is placed and the auction ends, it constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item.

1.2. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

 

2. Buyer’s Premium

 

2.1. A 15% buyer’s premium will be applied to the final sale price of all auctioned items. This fee is non-negotiable and is charged in addition to the winning bid amount.

 

3. Sales Tax

 

3.1. Applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice total, including the buyer’s premium.

3.2. Buyers with valid tax-exempt status must provide appropriate documentation before the close of the auction.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

4.1. All payments will be processed automatically upon the completion of the auction.

4.2. Accepted payment methods include [Insert Payment Methods, credit/debit cards, online payments.

4.3. Failure to process payment may result in forfeiture of the winning bid and/or suspension of bidding privileges.

 

5. Item Pick-Up

 

5.1. Buyers must arrange to pick up their items within three (3) business days of the auction’s end.

5.2. Items not picked up within the specified time frame may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned, at which point Greenacres Top Deals reserves the right to re-auction, resell, or dispose of the items without notice or refund.

5.3. Buyers are solely responsible for loading and transporting purchased items. Greenacres Top Deals is not liable for damage or loss during transportation.

6.2. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items through the detailed pictures and descriptions provided prior to bidding. Greenacres Top Deals strives to provide accurate and thorough information to assist buyers in making informed decisions.

7. Bidding Conduct

7.1. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bids. No bid adjustments or cancellations will be accepted after submission.

7.2. Greenacres Top Deals reserves the right to reject any bid, suspend accounts, or cancel auctions at its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Greenacres Top Deals is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in auction processes caused by technical issues or other factors beyond our control.

8.2. By participating in the auction, you agree to hold Greenacres Top Deals harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

9.1. Greenacres Top Deals reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Continued participation in auctions after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
